Day 3, Saturday 8/4/01

Up around 9:45. Goofed off for a while, then Laurie built a fire in the middle of a clearing to burn brush. I continued digging the basement and moving the piles of dirt (shale) around.

We went to dinner at Albert's Steaks and Seafood in Liberty. Pretty good food but kind of expensive for these parts. We went to the movies in Liberty. The theatre has three small screens. The upper one used to be the balcony of the lower one. They just boarded up the area in front of the screen which would have looked out over the lower level of the original theatre. Interesting. We saw "Legally Blonde". It was pretty good.

8 hours, rained 45 minutes.
